Rainbows and Unicorns

The ingredients were selected rather randomly, but the end result was both tasty and pretty. The culinary canvas featured such a pleasingly colorful composition, I had to take some pictures. A bewildered roommate asked, "Did you just take a picture of your food?"

Broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, garlic and olive oil


The mushroom vinegar and avocado tied it all together synergistically


"The avocado took it to a whole different level. Don't ever question the power of an avocado. Avocados are magical beasts, like unicorns, except you can buy one and eat it for two dollars."
